1. Reservations

A booking is considered valid only after confirmation by the company via phone or email.

2. Maximum Number of Passengers

Each boat accommodates up to six (6) passengers in accordance with applicable maritime regulations. Exceeding the permitted number of passengers is strictly prohibited.

3. Weather Conditions

Safety is our highest priority. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the route in case of adverse weather conditions or any other factors that may affect the safety of the cruise.

4. Delays

Guests are required to arrive at the departure point at the agreed time. Delays may result in a reduced cruise duration without obligation for extension.

5. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must comply with the captain’s instructions and follow all safety guidelines throughout the duration of the cruise.

6. Safety Equipment

All boats are equipped with the required safety equipment in accordance with Greek maritime regulations. Life jackets and essential safety gear are provided on board.

7. Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation. The company reserves the right to terminate the cruise in cases of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

8. Personal Belongings

The company shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the cruise.
